  • Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems: Common in commercial applications, DDC systems are highly customizable and programmable, allowing for precise control over a wide range of functions, including time schedules, set points, logic, timers, trend logs, and alarms.
  • Building Automation Systems (BAS): For larger buildings, BAS integrates HVAC controls with other building systems like lighting and security, offering centralized control and optimization of various building functions.
  • Zoned HVAC Control Systems: These systems divide a building into different zones, allowing for independent temperature control in each area, optimizing comfort and energy use by heating or cooling only where and when needed.
